After an extended time of analysis and market research to create this concept, we realized that Madrid would be the perfect location to start our entrepreneurial journey in hospitality. An energetic city with people who love to dine out on a daily basis to taste the best of any kind of cuisine. This is how we, Alessandro Luchetti, Daniel Cabezas and Antonio Facco, decided to bring Pantelleria’s architecture and authentic Italian cuisine to our clients in order to introduce Pante Madrid into the Spanish market. All these initiatives driven by our passion towards the Food & Beverage sector and to the Island of Pantelleria.
Alessandro has lived in many countries and has a solid path in international business, economics and hospitality. In addition, he has worked at the top restaurants and clubs in Rome, Ibiza and Miami such as Casa Tua Lifestyle or Roberto Cavalli Restaurant & Lounge. He continued his career from 2015 to 2017 as the Director of Food & Beverage at the W Hotel (Marriot Intl. – Former Starwood) in Bogota to then move to Tuscany to be a consultant for Andrea Bocelli’s Beach Club – Alpemare in 2018. He is economist by career, however his passion for the hospitality world has always made him be close to the sector. Pante is now his personal project, in which, the food, experience and ideology of a great experience at a reasonable price are his top priority.
Daniel Cabezas was born and rise in Venezuela. He is an engineer and entrepreneur aside from being part of a construction family business. Daniel is always looking for new business opportunities and now the time has come to build something important, that will make the difference in his professional career: Pante. As DOO (Director of Operations), he is responsible to make Pante’s guests feel the real Pante experience as well as dealing with distributors, daily operations and long-term strategies for the company. His passion and qualities to start new projects, and his authenticity have been key factors to make Pante become one of the most valuable Italian restaurants in the capital.
Antonio is a promess of Italian design and he has learned from the best, Giulio Cappellini (the father of Italian design worldwide). At the young age of 27, he has already been recognized by the most important design magazines in italy and worldwide, describing him as one of the 6 new most important designers in Italy in 2018. In addition, he has been creating new collections and projects for important design companies worldwide. At Pante, he has achieved through architecture and design to create a space where elegance and simplicity coexist in a natural way adapted to a unique experice and restaurant. Since the beginning he has always paid great attention towards the evolution of contemporary design and communication. Through the analysis of new generations’ behavior and habits he draws hints and inspiration for his own researches and projects.
